So, a little about me…
I'm 41, a wife, a sister, a daughter & a proud mum to two beautiful (and very energetic!) little girls, living up in the North of England, where life is wonderfully full and a tad bit chaotic, just how I like it!
An adrenaline and podcast junkie, dog lover & music fanatic, I LOVE to eat out, see the world, and keep fit.
Having studied Commercial Music Production, Business & Law at university (an unusual mix, I know!), I later went on to become an ILM and ICF-accredited coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and Reiki Master - all while building a 17 year career serving as a
Senior Officer in the Royal Air Force, leading people, projects and operations across a variety of high-pressure environments.
These days, as well as running my coaching business alongside the joys of motherhood & the military, I'm also the CEO of a successful 7-figure property business, so if anyone understands the juggle, it's me!
But every part of that journey has shaped the grounded, strategic and deeply transformational work I now do with my clients - helping ambitious, driven career women become the confident, self-led CEOs of their lives and their businesses.

I didn’t always believe this kind of life & business was possible for me. Prior to my career, I had courage, but my confidence and self esteem truly lacked.
So for years, I was doing what many high-achieving women do: ticking the boxes, following the rules, pushing through and putting everyone else first.
Everything looked great on paper and I had a lot to be grateful for... but deep down, I knew something was missing.
Deep reflection had led me to realise that the career I’d spent years building had, in many ways, been driven by a deep-rooted desire to feel accepted… to prove myself… to be seen as worthy....and for what felt like the longest time, I suppressed the feeling that I was meant to be doing something else, being and becoming something more.
It wasn't until I became a mum, that everything shifted.
I admitted I didn’t want to climb someone else’s ladder anymore. I wanted to build something of my own. Something that felt meaningful.
Something that allowed me to be present with my girls and fulfilled in my purpose.
Having LOVED every second of my coach training back in 2019, the idea of actually becoming a coach lit a fire in me I hadn't felt for a long time…
But turning that dream into a business alongside the realities of motherhood and a demanding career?
That’s where it all started to get real. Listen...I know what it’s like to feel the pull of something more… to feel SO ready and yet so stuck.
To wonder why it’s not working even though you’re doing all the right things.
To second-guess yourself, compare yourself and question if you’re really cut out for all this - even having been successful already.
Because I went through the same - but the problem isn’t that you’re not capable...
it’s that deep down, something in you still questions if you can really be the one to make it happen.
